Short on time or can't face spending hours riding indoors, then give this 6 week plan a go. Designed to help build your FTP with some short sharp workouts. Durations range from 45min through to 90min.
Workouts are simple with good explanations throughout making this plan easy to use. As these are structured workouts they can be uploaded to a compatible trainer or head unit. If unsure, feel free to contact us for advice.
